I am a counsellor with 20 years experience and have completed four years advanced study in Relational Transactional Analysis psychotherapy.

 

Located in Dorset (Bournemouth, Poole and Wimborne), I provide counselling and psychotherapy, and have specialist training in working with relationship and couples.

 

I work with adults of all ages who are negotiating life stages, or facing changes. I also have a special interest in problems facing students.

 

I can help you with issues such as stress, self-esteem, confidence; anxiety, panic, depression; difficulty in relationship, separation, divorce; loss, bereavement, redundancy; trauma, abuse, addictions and eating disorders.

 

I offer both short term and long term therapy depending upon the nature of your difficulty.
